Human context first

Linger turns private conversations into a considered place to remember, reflect, and continue. These guidelines keep every expression clear, calm, and recognizably Linger.
The beliefs beneath every mark, message, and moment of the Linger experience.
Technology should make a relationship easier to understand, never flatten it.
Every interpretation stays connected to the words and moments that support it.
People can inspect, revise, share, pause, or remove what belongs to them.
Linger helps people return to the relationships and memories that shape a life. We handle personal language with patience, make evidence visible, and leave the final meaning with the person who lived it.
A conversation is never just a sequence of words. It carries timing, care, hesitation, and change. Linger gives that context a place to remain available without turning a person into a fixed label.
The Linger identity is a memory mark paired with a warm, deliberate wordmark. Use the complete lockup whenever the space allows it; use the mark alone only where the format requires a compact signal.

Clearspace
Keep at least one x of clear space around every side of the lockup. x equals one third of the memory mark height. Nothing enters this area, including copy, borders, partner marks, or interface controls.
A restrained palette gives intimate content room to breathe. Purple marks the Linger signal; paper, ink, and measured data colors keep every reading grounded.

The Linger wordmark carries the identity itself. Transforma Mix Linger gives editorial headlines their presence, while the interface face keeps long reading quiet, clear, and easy to return to. Numbers stay precise and compact.

Recognition depends on restraint. These rules keep the mark legible and the experience as considered as the product behind it.
Keep the memory mark and wordmark together when the available space allows it.
Never rotate, crop, skew, stretch, or redraw the Linger lockup.
Protect the clearspace so the identity can be recognized at a glance.
Avoid gradients, glows, outlines, shadows, and texture treatments on the logo.
Use the purple-and-ink or purple-and-paper combinations shown in this system.
Do not fill the clearspace or separate the mark from the wordmark outside compact product surfaces.
